[RESOLVED] Citrix Virtual Apps not Launching Applications

This issue has been resolved.

Applications accessed at apps.fau.edu are not currently launching. We are investigating and working with the vendor on a solution.

Single-sign on delays and errors

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with single-sign on that may cause delayed logins or errors while logging into services such as Workday and Canvas. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Description of change: OIT will be deploying an improved version of the network registration system which introduces support for international phone numbers and corrects a bug in the administrative tool.

Description of change: Support for Corporate Programs will be added to the Graduate Admissions Application.
