Description of change: OIT will be making a configuration change to one of its public facing mail servers.

Expected End-user impact: Anyone who is not a member of the group FAU-GRP-S-SMTPSEC-ALLOWED attempting to relay mail through smtpsec will be rejected and receive an smtp error code. Currently the system is configured to accept mail and silently drop.
