Blackboard is currently experiencing an error when instructors visit some course content areas with a large number of files. Instructors may receive an error message (“ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException”) when attempting to access course content areas with more than 82 file attachments. You may work around this problem by turning OFF “Edit Mode” and then accessing the affected content area. This issue will not impact students. Blackboard is aware of the issue and expects to provide a patch on Monday. Once we receive the patch from Blackboard we will test it and then apply it before classes begin on Tuesday morning. If you require immediate assistance so that you can edit content, please submit a helpdesk ticket online at http://www.fau.edu/helpdesk, we will assist you in modifying the course structure to work around the problem. Thank you for your patience as we work to get this resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
