Resolved – Banner Production Admin – Service Invocation Failed
Update:
Users please close all your browser sessions and re-open if it is still not working. The service is working correctly now.
Original Post:
We have users that have reported issues with the Banner Admin application in production. When trying to open a form in the search, they receive a message of “Service Invocation Failed, Couldn’t access remote service.”
The issue is resolved, however, if you continue to experience this error message. Please close all your browser windows, open new ones, and try again. It should work after doing this.
