Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/22/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Owlpulse and Redcap are currently offline due to an issue with the database server. OIT is investigating the issue and will update regularly.
Remote Desktop Connectivity Issues
We are receiving multiple reports of users unable to remotely connect (Remote Desktop) to computers on campus. We are currently investigating and will update once we have more information.
