Our help desk ticketing system will be unavailable on Saturday, Aug 1 between 7:00AM to 11:0AM due to an upgrade. During this time you will not be able to submit any help desk tickets.

Resolved: Echo360 Service Restart
The issue that was causing ESS to be unavailable has been resolved.
ESS navigation, publishing of Echo presentations, and media presentation edit functionality within ESS have been restored, as well as viewership of Echo360 presentations to all users.
Undergraduate Admissions Application Upgraded
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has request several changes be applied to the undergraduate admissions application at apply.fau.edu.
The admissions application will be offline from 9:00 pm Friday July 17, 2015 – midnight Friday July 17, 2015 during these upgrades.

Marketplace Store Errors
Attn: Marketplace Store Managers
As of this morning, it has been noted that all marketplace stores are failing to function properly. The store sites are not allowing customers to choose products or to checkout for purchase.
We are contacting TouchNet customer care immediately and handling with the highest priority. A patch to the system was installed on Friday evening by TouchNet corporation, and it is likely that this morning’s issues are related.
Please note that this only affects Marketplace Stores. Student payment systems are working as expected.
Updates will be sent as more information becomes available.
lists.fau.edu site slowness

Single-Sign On Usability Improvement
When: 3:00AM – 5:00AM
Affected services: Blackboard, Workday, Outlook web access, OwlApps (Google Applications and Gmail), Library Services. College of Business Media Streaming, all signle sign on services.
Affected systems: cas1.fau.edu, cas2.fau.edu
Description of maintenance: The single sign on system will be updated to notify users that they cannot bookmark or leave the browse sitting on the single signon pages.
User impact: Single Sign On will be offline for 10 – 15 minutes during the upgrade. This downtime will prevent users for accessing the above services.
