OIT
=======================================-
We are currently experiencing some issues with resetting passwords. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
This only affects those that do not know the current password and must have the password reset by the OIT Help Desk.
If you know your current password and need to change it you can do so using the FAU Accounts Self-Services page (accounts.fau.edu)
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Enhanced Workday security
FAU is implementing additional security measures to better safeguard your information. Beginning this evening, Friday, July 17, off-campus access to Workday will be limited as follows:
- Self Service Functionality and Basic Approvals will work from anywhere (includes mobile).
- Initiating business processes while not connected to the FAU network (Wired or Wireless) will require VPN. Users who opt in to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will not have this restriction. NOTE: You can only opt in to MFA if you received an email from OIT inviting you to do so. This option is NOT available to the majority of users.
- Downloading reports while not connected to the FAU network (wired or wireless) will require VPN.
- Hourly OPS will only be able to check in/out while connected to the University network (wired or wireless).
