Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04/19/2012 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description: We will be applying Dean Evans monthly patches for EMS, VirtualEMS, and MasterCalender, apps and databases.
User Impact: EMS will be online, but some user sessions may be interrupted during service restarts.

Networking maintenance on banoradev is scheduled tonight starting a 6:00pm. This will affect PL/SQL Developer, ODS, AppWorx jobs and banoradev’s ability to contact the internet. The changes shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes if everything goes according to plan. SSB/INB access will not be affected.
We are restarting IDM in an attempt to resolve an issue with Luminis connectivity. Password syncs and account creations will be delayed until the service is returned.

Banner is currently running slow. Users might experience slowness when logging in and when accessing the forms.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Blackboard Collaboration tools (Virtual Classroom and Chat-NOT Blackboard Collaborate, formerly known as Elluminate) that will cause users to receive pop-up error message with the following security warning: “The application’s digital signature has an error. Do you want to run the application?” Please be sure to click “Run” (NOT “Cancel”) in order to use these tools. You should only need to do this once. We apologize for the inconvenience.
