We are currently investigating an issue with IRM Status notifications generated via email.
Network: There is an intermittent issue with internet connection. The connection is stable now, but looking into the problem.
We will be performing an urgent cleanup to address issues that arise from yesterday’s network problems. During this time the network may experience intermittent down time.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
The network has been restored on all campuses.
The internet is intermittently unavailable on all campuses. We are working diligently to resolve this issue.
MyFAU was unavailable from 5:00 am to 6:30 am on 12/22/2011.
The system had run out of space and was unable to restart. Once space was allocated a full restart was performed and MyFAUis functioning once again.
Starting at 7am on 12/22/2011, students that have moved to Owl Mail (FAU’s GMAIL implementation), will have the default MyFAU e-mail icon replaced by the GMAIL icon that automatically log them into their official FAU Owl Mail account when clicked.
Similarly all faculty & staff currently being moved to Exchange will have the default MyFAU email icon replaced with the Outlook icon that automatically logs them into their Outlook Web account when clicked.
Wired network is working now. We are still having issues with the wireless. We will keep everyone updated.
Network: We are experiencing issues connecting to internet. We have a resolution and the problem should be resolved within 10 to 15 minutes
