Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/25/2012 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
When: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Description of maintenance: The Admissions application system will be upgraded to support Letters of Recommendation and an improved administrator and end user interface.
User impact: Graduate College applicants will not be able to create or manage admissions applications. Undergraduate Admissions applications and fees will be delayed and processed after 6:00 AM.
When: 3:00 AM – 4:30 AM
Affected services: Blackboard
Affected systems: Blackboard
Description of maintenance: Apply Blackboard Patchset2 as well as supplementary patches.
User impact: Blackboard will not be available during the proposed downtime.
