[Resolved] Blackboard Collaboration Tools (Virtual Classroom & Chat) are currently unavailable

Users are currently unable to access Blackboard’s Virtual Classroom and Chat tools.  We are currently investigating the issue.

On Wednesday, February 13, 2013, between 5:00 am and 6:00 am, OIT will perform maintenance on the wireless network segments on the Boca Raton Campus. This upgrade will cause an interruption to the fau, fauwpa2, and fauguest wireless networks. [Resolved] Exchange/Talisma issues

The Exchange and Talisma problems experienced earlier today have been resolved. A faulty power distribution unit in the server rack was identified and replaced.

Exchange/Talisma issues

We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue with multiple systems in a specific rack. Affected by these issues are:

exchangemb0[2-3], taldb01, hvboc0[1-5]

Additionally, exchangemb01 is unable to contact it’s disks

Exchange services are up and running at NWRDC

VM guests on hvboc0[1-5] appear to be up, but host management is unavailable

Talisma may be unavailable

We are working to identify and resolve these issues as soon as possible
