Due to the fiscal year end close, as well as our conversion to Workday, TouchNet payment processing systems will be taken offline starting June 29th ,2015 at 4:00(pm) EST. The system will then be brought back online as of July 2nd, 2015 at 8:00(am) EST.
This will cause any credit card or web-check payment attempts to fail on Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet Ready Partner sites. As such, it may be advisable to place a notification message on your storefront or website.

The Single Sign On system will be upgrade Friday June 19, 2015 3am to 5am. During this time users may not be able to access services such as Banner Self Service, Network Registration Blackboard, Owl Applications, and the Help Desk.
The spam filtering in office 365 has changed and is causing messages to end up in junk mail when normally they don’t.
We are working to resolve as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.
