[RESOLVED] Account Self-Services portal unavailable


The issue with the FAU Account Self-Services portal has been resolved. The portal functionality has been restored and is fully functional.



We are currently experiencing an issue with the FAU Account Self-Services portal (accounts.fau.edu). At this time, functionality is limited and we recommend trying back once the issue has been resolved.  Our team is working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

[Completed] Network Maintenance – Jupiter Campus 5/28 – 5/29 11:30pm – 6:00am

OIT will be performing network maintenance in Jupiter on Monday, May 28 from 11:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29th.  Due to the nature of the maintenance, users may experience intermittent network disruptions lasting approximately 5 – 10 minutes during this window.  The Internet connection will be rerouted to the backup connection to minimize any downtime.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. May 17 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05/17/2018 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Undergraduate Admissions Application Updates
Description of change: ​​Releasing updates to the Undergraduate Admissions application for Self-Reported Exam Scores and Post-Secondary Institutions
Downtime window start: 3:00 AM
Downtime window end: 6:00 AM
Affected services: Apply.fau.edu (Undergraduate Admissions Application)
Affected systems: Undergraduate app servers
Expected End-user impact: During this time, the Undergraduate Admissions Application will be unavailable.
