We have received reports of users who lost access to their ANDI shared drives and are currently investigating the issue.
We are working to resolve as soon as possible and will update as we have additional information.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06/21/2018 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: OIT will be updating the single sign on settings for Workday
Downtime window start: 6:30 AM
Downtime window end: 6:45 AM
Affected services: Single Sign On (Shibboleth), Workday, Saml2 Metadata Service
Affected systems: shibboleth servers
Expected End-user impact: During this time, users will not be able to login to Workday

Description of change: OIT will be patching the University form server (Frevvo) to provide new features and resolve several problems reported by users.
Downtime window start: 3:00 AM
Downtime window end: 6:00 AM
Affected services: Frevvo Form Server (ex: Admissions Applications, Immunization Forms, Test Score Collecting Forms, HR Onboarding Forms, SHS Immunization Forms, Fiscal Reinstatement Forms)
Affected systems: Frevvo server
Expected End-user impact: During this time, users will not be able to edit or submit data to new or existing Frevvo forms

Description of change: OIT will be installing software on some authentication servers as a trial
