COVID-19 Health Check-in Update

The Office of Information will be updating the COVID-19 Health Check-in which is displayed when users login to Canvas and Workday. This upgrade will occur at 8 pm and last until 8:15 pm.

While not expected some users may have difficulty logging in and updating their health status during this time. If you have any trouble please try again after 8:15 pm.

[RESOLVED]Google Gmail disruption

Update from Google:

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Dec 17 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/17/2020 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Research Computing Scheduler Upgrade
Description of change: Research Computing will be upgrading the scheduler used to control jobs on the cluster. This upgrade should resolve several problems preventing GUI and MPI applications from running correctly.

Network upgrades in building 10 on December 18 at 6:00 am

On Friday, December 18, 2020, between 6:00 am and 6:30 am, OIT will upgrade the network in the FAU Administration Building # 10. This upgrade will cause intermittent interruptions to the network, wireless, and telephones for approximately 5 minutes. Pay-for-print unavailable due to maintenance – 12/2 at 8:00am – 12/4 at 5:00pm

The pay-for-print service will be unavailable due to maintenance and necessary upgrades starting Wednesday, Dec 2 at 8:00am until Friday, Dec 4 at 5:00pm.

During this time, you will not be able to submit print jobs via pay-for-print.
