OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Feb 11 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/11/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: OIT is applying a workaround to resolve some browser compatibility issues with our electronic document storage system, edocs.fau.edu.

Description of change: OIT will remove requirement to enter LDA for students with midterm grade of F.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. After the change, faculty will not have to enter LDA for any midterm grades.

Description of change: OIT is creating a process to load GradCAS application data to Banner.

Description of change: ​Add the CA hold to the hold lift process for inactivated students. Added the CA hold to the hold lift control table.

[RESOLVED] OnBase production unavailable

** Update **

The OnBase production issue has been resolved, users are now able to log in.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing users from logging in to the OnBase production environment.  More information will be reported as it becomes available.

OnBase production unavailable

We are currently investigating an issue preventing users from logging in to the OnBase production environment.  More information will be reported as it becomes available.
