All systems are back to normal and operational. Canvas users may have experienced gateway/timeout errors from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.

Network maintenance on March 4th at 12:01 am
OIT will be performing upgrades and enhancements to the FAU network beginning at 12:01 am on March the 4th. During the maintenance window, Internet traffic will be automatically rerouted.

Mediasite Playback errors
Some users may be experiencing errors in playback and unable to load Mediasite pages. Sonic Foundry has identified the issue and is actively working to resolve it.

OIT Systems Maintenance – Thurs. March 4 from 12:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03/04/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.
