[Update 8/25] The issue with Cengage’s Canvas integration is resolved. Canvas access to Cengage, WebAssign and MindTap should be functioning normally.
Cengage’s Canvas integration is currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption. It is unlikely you will be able to connect to Cengage, WebAssign, and MindTap through Canvas until the issue is resolved. [Resolved] Grade Submission (eGrades) Names Not Sorting
When using the Grade Submission system in Canvas (eGrades), the list of students is not loading in alphabetical order. Our team is working on this and should have a fix soon. If you have any immediate emergencies, please submit the help desk ticket linked here.
