Cengage LMS Integration Unavailable

[Update 8/25] The issue with Cengage’s Canvas integration is resolved. Canvas access to Cengage, WebAssign and MindTap should be functioning normally.

Cengage’s Canvas integration is currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption. It is unlikely you will be able to connect to Cengage, WebAssign, and MindTap through Canvas until the issue is resolved. If you experience an issue accessing your email via the web browser, please access your email via the Outlook application, or Mobile application.

Forms.fau.edu is offline

[7:30 pm] The Form service is online! All forms should be working as expected.
[6:10 pm] The Form service is online! Many forms will show a yellow bar on the top and bottom indicating it is not a production form. Please report these to https://helpDesk.fau.edu, we are currently updating them as quickly as possible.
[4:50 pm] The Form service is still offline but we have corrected most issues and the form developers are testing to make sure everything is working. More information will follow when we have verified the fix was applied correctly.
[1:30 pm] The Form service is still offline but we are making progress on correcting the issue. More information will follow when we have tested the fix.
[9:00 am] The Form server has been taken offline as a precaution. We are making progress with the vendor and will know more soon.
[8:24 am] The Form server is back online but historic submissions are not accessible. A support ticket has been open with the vendor and more information will follow.
* We did confirm that the submissions appear to be in the System but not visible.
[7:50 am] The University Form Server forms.fau.edu is currently offline due to a failure of the service. We will update this post regularly with updated information.

OwlPulse Maintenance

Owlpulse will be offline for maintenance 08/17/2021 from 8 pm until 9 pm. Users will not be able to report the COVID-19 symptoms during this time.

[Resolved] Grade Submission (eGrades) Names Not Sorting

When using the Grade Submission system in Canvas (eGrades), the list of students is not loading in alphabetical order. Our team is working on this and should have a fix soon. If you have any immediate emergencies, please submit the help desk ticket linked here.

[RESOLVED] TouchNet Systems Maintenance, Friday, August 13th from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, August 13th. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline. If this scheduled downtime creates a conflict for your operations, please feel free to contact us at FIS@fau.edu for further discussion. Expected End-user impact: During this time all student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services will be unavailable during this maintenance cycle.
