OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Dec 16 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/16/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Banner Accounts Receivable Maintenance
Description of change: ​​​​Banner will be undergoing maintenance to upgrade the Accounts Receivable 8X/XE modules. We will also be including items for the Financial Aid 8X/XE module.
Downtime window start: 12/16/2021 3:00 AM
Downtime window end: 12/16/2021 7:00 AM
Affected services: ​​​​BANNER 8X/XE Accounts Receivable modules, ​BANNER 8X/XE General modules, ​​BANNER 8X/XE Web Tailor/Web General modules, ​​BANNER 8X/XE Financial Aid modules
Expected End-user impact: ​​​The Banner system will be brought down during the actual installation of the new release code.
