[Resolved] Subset of Users Unable to Access Zoom
OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Sept 1 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/01/2022 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Desktop Configuration Change
Description of change: OIT will be making a security change to desktops in CM22.

Affected services: Windows Defender
Expected End-user impact: None, some security settings in Windows Defender will be enabled and will not be allowed to be turned off.
Microsoft 365 License Migration
Description of change: OIT will be migrating users to a new Microsoft 365 license

Investigating – The team at Zoom is investigating an issue with a subset of users unable to access Zoom (us04web.zoom.us). They will continue to investigate and provide updates as we have them. This affects the Web Portal and Web Client.

Mediasite has resolved the issue. The environment is currently functioning normally.
