We are currently experiencing issues with ADSF that does not allow you to properly single-sign on (SSO) to Office 365 services such as Outlook Web and the new FortiClient VPN client. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/15/2022 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Server Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be updating a server that supports Banner Test
Downtime window start: 12/15/2022 3:00 AM
Downtime window end: 12/15/2022 4:00 AM
Affected services: banner dev
End-user impact: Banner dev will be unavailable during the window
BHRIC file server maintenance
Description of change: Research Computing will be performing maintenance on BHRIC file server. During this time, no files will be accessible.

Downtime window end: 12/15/2022 4:30 AM
Affected services: BHRIC
End-user impact: During this time, data located BHRIC file server will be unavailable.
This will cause errors during user login (vmware users that save thier profile here) and will casue drives to not be mounted if on physical machines and vmware users.
REDCap Update
Description of change: This is a routine REDCap update. REDCap will be offline during update.

End-user impact: Service will be offline during update.
The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, December 16th. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline. If this scheduled downtime creates a conflict for your operations, please feel free to contact us at FIS@fau.edu for further discussion. Expected End-user impact: During this time all student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services will be unavailable during this maintenance cycle.
