Description of change: OIT is performing software upgrades to the Netapp Snapvault Cluster

BHRIC VMWare Maintenance
Description of change: Research Computing is performing maintenance on the BHRIC VMware vcenter

Affected services: Bhric VMWare vcenter
End-user impact: During this time, end users will not be impacted. However, vm’s can not be rebuilt, recomposed, or updated during the update as vcenter will be offline

CM22 Network Topology Changes
Description of change: OIT will be implementing network topology changes affecting the Building 22 subnet. While the change should have minimal impact to normal operations on the desktops in building 22, we will communicate to users via oit-l to communicate the change and expectations.

End-user impact: Users of the desktop subnet in CM22 will have a brief period of network disruption during the change. After the maintenance, there may be some access to other desktop networks in other buildings that may not work as expected, but security staff will be able to address as any problems are reported

OIM Display Correct HIPAA Flag For Grads
Description of change: Change SQL code used by OIM so graduates with multiple records properly retain hipaa flag for 90 days after graduation.
