We are currently working on restoring the uAchieve service. Students trying to run degree audit from Banner will encounter issues and staff members using the administration side of uAchieve will also not be able to pull up audits. Once we know more about the issue we will post an update. Thank you.

Banner Admin has now been restored. Users should be able to get to the admin application at this time.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Wed, Feb. 14 and Thurs. Feb 15 from 12:01AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Wednesday, Feb. 14 and Thursday, Feb. 15 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:


Banner Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on Banner from 12:01 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on February 14th. Banner will not be available during this time to allow the Ellucian support team to install the updates.
Downtime window start: 02/14/2024 12:01 AM
Downtime window end: 02/14/2024 7:00 AM
Affected services: Banner Admin, Self-service
End-user impact: Banner will be unavailable during this time.


Update EDR Scan Settings
Description of change: OIT will be making adjustments to the EDR scan settings to improve performance for some users on Wednesday February 14th. End user impact is not expected.

Affected services: No services will be impacted by this change
End-user impact: No end user impact is expected. This change will disable automated full scans of Microsoft Defender which should improve performance on machines that are often shut down overnight such as laptops.

Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on Banner from 12 midnight. until 7:00 a.m. on February 15th. Banner will not be available during this time to allow the Ellucian support team to install the updates.

Acrobat Pro 2020 Sign-In Issues

OIT has received reports about sign-in/licensing issues with Acrobat Pro 2020. We have confirmed this is an issue on Adobe’s end and they are investigating the issue. We will update once they have resolved the issue.
