[RESOLVED]Canvas Integration Service Interruptions
Canvas is fully functional.
Several Canvas functions are currently experiencing issues. Users may experience errors accessing several parts of the Canvas LMS and its integrations (e.g., Mediasite, Lucid, Follett, etc.). Instructure is investigating to restore functionality as soon as possible. Updates will be provided on this post. For more info, visit Instructure’s status page.
UPDATE: This is resolved. The integration is back to normal operation.
Users are experiencing errors when trying to load the Zoom Canvas integration in their courses. We will be updating this post as we receive updates on this issue.
In the meantime, meeting hosts can copy the join URL for their upcoming meetings and share them via email, announcements, etc. To do so:
Click the Meetings button in the navigation menu on the left.
Click the title of your upcoming meeting.
Click the copy button for the Invite Link (screenshot below):
Paste the link in a message/announcement to the attendees/students that need to attend.
Once sent, your attendees will be able to join your meeting by opening the link. As the host you can start the meeting by clicking the Start button on the page where you copied the link.
Users are currently experiencing errors when attempting to log into Canvas. This has been reported and is being investigated. If you experience issues, please try to sign in later. We will update this post with new details as we have more info.
Simple Syllabus is experiencing slow-downs and sporadic errors because of start-of-semester web traffic. They have notified us that they are addressing this issue through the evening to bring things back up to speed.
Instructors are reporting an error when trying to access Grade Submission in their Canvas courses. We’re looking into the issue and working on a solution.

Instructure has reported that a large portion of Canvas clients are experiencing slowness and errors in the US. We are monitoring their status of the issue and will post updates here as they come in.
The Docviewer in Canvas, which you might be familiar with if you use SpeedGrader to view student document submissions or have documents automatically displaying throughout your course, is currently experiencing sporadic errors. Users may experience a Service is Currently Unavailable error.
