TouchNet Marketplace is currently experiencing issues.  A case has been opened with TouchNet by the Finance & HR Information Systems team.  We will provide any updates as we receive them.

Resolved – Single Sign On Issues

The SSO servers are now working as intended.

 

The SSO servers are having difficulty connecting to different services and it is making them fail. We do not have any more information at this time but are investigating.

[Resolved] Frevvo is currently down

Frevvo has now been restored, as have the dependent services.

 

The Frevvo form server is currently down.  This impacts, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Graduate Admissions Application
  • Undergraduate Admissions Application
  • Frevvo forms created under the fau.edu tenant

We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.

Resolved – FAUGuest Web Application Issues

The FAUGuest wireless network is completely up and running at this time.

The issue has been identified and updates are being currently applied.  We will update this post once the work has been completed and the system is available from all campus locations.

The web application that is used to authenticate clients is inaccessible on the FAUGuest wireless network.  We are investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.

Out of Maintenance Window OIM Restart – 1/9/2017

OIM will be restarted at approximately 10:00am this morning to address severe load and latency that is ultimately impacting a variety of services.

The downtime is roughly ten minutes.

This would impact the following:

Password Changes, Account Claiming, and New Hires from Workday.

Update: Jupiter and Davie campuses are now able to access SSO from the wireless networks.

Completed – Undergraduate Admissions Enhancements

The Undergraduate Admissions Enhancements have been successfully deployed and are live in production.

Various updates and enhancements are being deployed to the Undergraduate Admissions Application on 10/28/2016 (2:00AM – 6:00AM).
The undergraduate admissions application will be unavailable within certain intervals during the maintenance.

Completed – OIM Restart (OIMP1 – Primary)

The OIM restart was completed with a downtime window of 3:04am – 3:12am.

Previous Post:

The primary Oracle Identity Manager node (boc22oimp1) is being restarted at 3:00am on Thursday, September 1st to preemptively address memory issues.

The restart will be performed via the WebLogic Admin Console and downtime is anticipated to be approximately ten minutes.

During this time the account claiming interface will be partially unavailable, as will internal REST services.
