lists.fau.edu is working intermittently

We are currently experiencing some issues with lists.fau.edu and its backend mail delivery and processing.  We are currently looking into the matter and will update this notice as new information is available.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

VIP Document management system is not functioning properly

** update:  Users can now see other document classes now via a workaround, but the problem has not been fully resolved yet.

 

Users are currently unable to view any student records except for the ones in the FERPA document class.   Systems is aware and is currently attempting to work with the vendor on the problem.   ETA not available at this time.

FYI: Outlook restart prompt for room CM 251 calendar

Users may notice outlook prompting to restart if CM 251 has been opened in the calendars section.  Please restart outlook and let the calendar update.  This is due to the room being moved to Office 365.

WebFOCUS can now connect to MS SQL 2005 databases, OWLCARD and TALISMA

This problem has been resolved and WebFOCUS is now able to connect to the MS SQL 2005 databases, OWLCARD and TALISMA.

WebFOCUS Production services will be stopped on Sunday morning

The WebFOCUS production box was stopped at 12:15 am this morning and was restarted again at 8:23 am.  ReportCaster is currently runing all scheduled jobs that were not run during this period.
