A network hardware failure took the BHRIC’s Virtual Desktops offline on Saturday the 5th. We have resolved the issue and are currently testing services to make sure they are online.

Parking Account Errors
It has come to our attention that the Parking account system is experiencing various errors. Users attempting to pay fines, or check the status of their account may receive an error message. If this occurs please try back later.
[Resolved] Emergency Maintenance Employee MFA Enrollment Tool
The Employee MFA Enrollment Tool will be updated at 12:30 pm October 1st to correct a bug that is preventing courtesy accounts from logging in. The tool will be offline for a few minutes during this process.
Maintenance Employee MFA Enrollment Form
We will be updating the Employee MFA Enrollment form at 9 pm this evening September 23, 2019. During the update the url to the system will be updated to https://ssoauth.fau.edu/employee-mfa and a performance bug resolved. To aide in accessing the system a redirect will also be applied to the old site.
[Resolved] Research Computing Data Transfer nodes offline
The bellow issue has been resolved and the service restored.
[RESOLVED] Due to a software issue on our data transfer nodes this service is temporarily offline. We are rebuilding the Windows file share service and hope to have it online by the end of the day.
[Resolved] BHRIC Virtual Desktop Infrastructure downtime
The Biomedical Health Research Informatics Core experienced an error that prevented virtual desktops being rebooted, started, or migrated. The error occurred between 7:00 – 7:50 am August 22 and appears to have been resolved. For more information please contact the Research Computing team.
Reports of 2Factor/MFA enrollment issues
Users have reported that issues enrolling and activating MFA/2Factor on their user accounts. We have tracked the issue down and will be fixing it between 9 pm and 9:30 pm June 16, 2019. During this period both the student and employee enrollment applications will be offline.
Resolved: Frevvo offline
The University forms server (Frevvo) maintenance is running long and is currently offline. We will update this message once an hour with updates.
This issue has been resolved as of 8:05 am.
Single Sign-On Authentication Maintenance
Office of Information Technology will be performing systems maintenance Monday November 26th, 2018 from 3:00 am until 7:00 am.

Description of change: OIT will upgrade the Single Sign-On system as part of our identity management upgrade.
Downtime window start: 3:00 AM
Downtime window end: 7:00 AM
Affected services: sso.fau.edu, grouper.fau.edu, all SSO clients including Banner Self Service, Workday, Canvas, and many others.
Affected systems: Single Sign On Servers, Grouper
Expected End-user impact: During this time, some users may experience issues logging into numerous single sign-on authenticated services. Groups sync’s will be delayed while an initial sync is performed.

Issue is resolved and services are fully online.
