Occasionally when reaching a page on MYFAU, you may receive a “502 Bad Gateway”. We are looking into the issue and hope to have more information soon. In the meantime, refreshing the page seems to clear up the problem and allow you to load the page.

The Starfish Advising Software (aka Success Network) will be unavailable due to vendor maintenance on Saturday 11/18/17 from 12:15 A.M. to 8:15 A.M. (EST). During these 8 hours, the system will be unreachable and the site will generate an error.
TutorTrac is unavailable. There is currently no ETA but will update this status as we get more information.
TutorTrac is currently experiencing problems and periodically becoming unavailable. We are working with the vendor to have it resolved as soon as possible.
