Mediasite performance degraded
Sonic Foundry is reporting degraded Mediasite performance. Users may experience long loading times and/or time outs when accessing Mediasite catalogs and presentations. Video uploads are also progressing slowly. OIT is monitoring the situation and will update this status as more information becomes available.
[Resolved] Numerous HPC cluster services offline

10 pm February 10, 2020: A network switch failure in the HPC data center has caused numerous (most) HPC cluster services on Koko to fail. We will be rebooting and reseting the switch in the morning and are hopeful it will come back online shortly there after.
OIT Systems Maintenance, Thursday February 6 from 3:00AM to 6:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/06/2020 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of change: Canvas is making a change to their code on 2/15. We will be updating the following applications in advance of that change to make sure that the change is seamless for our applications.

[Resolved] BHRIC Offline due to switch failure
The BHRIC is currently offline due to what appears to be a Firewall or Networking failure. We are investigating and will update this post as soon as we know more.
