Success Network ( Starfish Solutions ) is currently unavailable. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
FAU has lost it’s primary internet connection and all traffic is currently utilizing a backup connection. The backup connection has limited capacity so we are currently operating in a state of degraded performance and network connectivity to and from FAU will be sluggish. We as that users refrain from large file transfers until the issue is resolved. We will update when we have further information.
The connectivity issues with FAU’s ISP have been resolved and the network including connectivity to the internet should be operating at normal capacity at this time.
The Single Sign system on will be upgraded Friday August 19th from 3 am – 6 am to improve system performance. During this time users may experience reduced performance when logging into some services.
