[RESOLVED 5:30 am] University Forms Server
During the University Form Server upgrade, the software experienced a critical error and the Office of Information Technology is working to restore services at this time. We suspect the system to be online shortly. We will update this post every 2 hours while we work to restore services. This affects University Admissions Applications, and numerous forms.
Mediasite Maintenance
Sonic Foundry will be updating FAU’s Mediasite to the latest release during their scheduled maintenance window on May 27, between 1:01 AM and 5:00 AM EDT. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.

The FAU Printing System is back to full functionality and available once again.

The EAB Navigate system is experiencing problem experiencing issues for both Students and Faculty/Staff. The Faculty/Staff site is experiencing login issues and slowness loading pages if you manage to log in. The student site cannot access advising appointments.
The vendor is aware, and we will post an update once we have more information.

We’re currently experiencing degraded performance issues with MYFAU. A “Page not found” will be displayed after logging in via single-sign on. The links at the top of the page work and will redirect properly.
OIT is working with the vendor to restore the service as soon as possible.
