Description of maintenance: We are relocating several physical systems in the datacenter. Description of maintenance: We are modifying the network connection on the Cisco UCS to allow for greater bandwidth.

User Impact: Blackboard’s Cloud and Social Profile tools may be inaccessible during this time.

Description of maintenance: The server wise.fau.edu is being upgraded.
User impact: End users will not be able to access wise.fau.edu directly to update either their personal or departmental web pages. This ONLY affects those who connect to wise.fau.edu directly. Those who use omniupdate will be unaffected.

Description of maintenance: The Financial Aid 8.17.2.2 patch will be installed in Banner production.

Description of maintenance: Update the SCCM client on machines supported by User Services/OIT to SP1.
User impact: Limited impact. Users may need to reboot their systems to complete installation.  Most systems, if necessary should reboot during the maintenance window.

User Impact: None expected
Description of Change:
We plan on adjusting the DHCP provided DNS for the Boca Campus to include DNSBOC0.fau.edu, DNSBOC1.fau.edu, and DNSDAV1.fau.edu instead of only dnsboc0.fau.edu and dnsjup1.fau.edu. We expect this to improve the quality of service provided to clients in the event of a failure in Boca.

When: 3:00 am to 6:00 am.
Affected Services: Banner production, Blackboard production.
Affected Systems: bannerprd, bannerprddr, bbloracle, bbloracledr.
Description of Change: Oracle database patch set updates and host patch installations
