Single Sign On Updates Friday June 19, 2015 3am – 5am
The Single Sign On system will be upgrade Friday June 19, 2015 3am to 5am. During this time users may not be able to access services such as Banner Self Service, Network Registration Blackboard, Owl Applications, and the Help Desk.
[RESOLVED]Possible email in junk folder for office 365 users
The spam filtering in office 365 has changed and is causing messages to end up in junk mail when normally they don’t.
We are working to resolve as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.

[RESOLVED] Single Sign On Issues
Users may not be able to login to Outlook.fau.edu, Cobweb2.fau.edu, iOS, Android, Lync/Skype for Business and other Microsoft hosted services. We are investigating the problem and will update this post regularly.
New Account Information Emails
We are receiving many reports of users receiving emails with the subject “Account Information” and with a from address of “donotreply@oracle.com”. These emails are being generated inadvertently by a system on the FAU campus and should be disregarded. These are not phishing scams and your information is not at risk. We are working to stop the transmission of these emails.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. April 30 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04/30/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of maintenance: Upgrading phone billing software (Verasmart) from version 10.5.1_sp4 (build 189.13.4) to version 10.6_sp5
User impact: During upgrade users will not be able to view their billing information

Description of maintenance: HBOI will be transfering authority of their @hboi.fau.edu domain for email purposes to the FAU email system.
User impact: Email sent to users @hboi.fau.edu will go to those user’s FAU Exchange accounts

User impact: Backups will be unavailable during the move
