COVID-19 Health Check-in Update
The Office of Information will be updating the COVID-19 Health Check-in which is displayed when users login to Canvas and Workday. This upgrade will occur at 8 pm and last until 8:15 pm.
While not expected some users may have difficulty logging in and updating their health status during this time. If you have any trouble please try again after 8:15 pm.

The problem with Gmail has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better. We have recieved multiple reports of being unable to email gmail users. Google status does show they are currently experiencing a disruption with their gmail services.
We will continue to monitor and update as we receive additional information.
Google Apps- including Owl Mail unavailable
Google Apps are currently experiencing an outage. Student Owl Mail email, YouTube, Google Drive, and other google services may not be available or you may not be able to login. We will update as google provides additional information.

UPDATE: The emergency maintenance has been completed and the OIT help desk system is back online.
The OIT Help Desk ticketing system is currently unavailable due to emergency maintenance performed by the vendor. We expect the system to be back online momentarily.

Microsoft is currently experiencing disruptions with several Office 365 services. These services include: Outlook email, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, and other Office 365 services. We do not currently have an ETA from the vendor for when the issue will be resolved at this time.

Microsoft has announced that there are current service issues related to Office 365 which may prevent logging into or utilizing services. These services include Outlook/Exchange email, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365 applications. We do not have an anticipated time of resolution from Microsoft at this time.
[COMPLETED] SSO Maintenance 9/13/2020 at 9:00 PM
OIT will be performing maintenance tonight (9/13) at 9:00 PM to re-enable the health attestation prompt on the Single Sign-On (SSO) screen. There will be a quick restart of the sign-on servers and users may receive an authentication error during this time.
Single Sign-On Update

OIT will be updating the Single Sign-on System to correct a performance issue that was recently discovered. During this window, there will be a short period of time where users receive an error when attempting to login to any single sign-on enabled service.
Possible Single Sign on Errors when accessing FAU services
We are currently experiencing an issue with single sign on and you may possibly experience delayed logins or receive an error upon trying to access an FAU service such as Canvas, MyFAU, or Workday. We are currently investigating the cause to resolve as soon as possible.
