OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Sept 8 from 12:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/08/2022 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Investigating – The team at Zoom is investigating an issue with a subset of users unable to access Zoom (us04web.zoom.us). They will continue to investigate and provide updates as we have them. This affects the Web Portal and Web Client.

Network Maintenance: July 21 5-6am

[Resolved] Zoom Login Issues

Zoom has resolved the issue causing a subset of users to be unable to access to Zoom Web Portal.

[RESOLVED] Canvas Docviewer Error

The issue has been resolved

Canvas is currently working to resolve an issue with its document viewer, Docviewer. Users will be unable to see previews of documents within their Canvas courses. Users can download the documents to view them on there computers. For more information please visit https://status.instructure.com/

[Resolved] Canvas Docviewer (Preview) Errors

This issue has been resolved.

The Docviewer in Canvas, which you might be familiar with if you use SpeedGrader to view student document submissions or have documents automatically displaying throughout your course, is currently experiencing sporadic errors. Users may experience a Service is Currently Unavailable error.

Canvas has implemented a temporary fix and is monitoring results. To stay up to date with this issue, monitor Canvas’s status page about it here.

[Monitoring] Zoom to Mediasite Imports stalled

OIT has put in place a fix for this issue and is currently monitoring its progress. However, some users may see duplicates of their zoom recordings appear in MyMediasite as the two systems sync. It is safe to delete the additional recording once it has imported.

Users with stalled imports should see them import in the next few days.
