The Starfish system is currently not displaying any connections including advisors and advising offices for students. The problem is being investigated and will update when we have more information.

COVID-19 Health Check-in Update

The Office of Information will be updating the COVID-19 Health Check-in which is displayed when users login to Canvas and Workday. This upgrade will occur at 8 pm and last until 8:15 pm.

While not expected some users may have difficulty logging in and updating their health status during this time. If you have any trouble please try again after 8:15 pm.

[NETWORK OUTAGE RECOVERY] Late Friday Afternoon 4:15 through 5:30

FAU experienced unplanned network connectivity issues between 4:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. today. Network connectivity has been restored, but OIT may still be working to restore some services that may have been impacted.

[Resolved] Mediasite Disruption

Sonic Foundry is currently investigating an issue impacting Mediasite Video Cloud. All services may be impacted including, but not limited to live and On Demand playback, Management portal access, and other Mediasite features.

[Resolved] Mediasite Degradation

Sonic Foundry is currently investigating slower than normal response times in the Mediasite Video Cloud environment. On Demand and Live playback may be impacted, as well as Portal access and other Mediasite Features.

Mediasite maintenance, Sat Oct 10 1:00am-5:00am

Mediasite will be under maintenance and upgrade Saturday, October 10 1AM-5AM. Extended downtime is not expected, however, the site may be unavailable for brief periods during this time. [RESOLVED] Issue with Split Zoom Meetings

Zoom has resolved the issue causing a very small subset of participants joining a meeting to be split into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID.

Canvas users experiencing page errors

Canvas users may experience 502 page errors and degraded performance while viewing documents within Canvas (i.e. using the document preview function). Canvas has found a fix and is working to resolve the issue.
