Mediasite will be updating the Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during the scheduled maintenance window on April 6, between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.
The issue affecting the publishing, editing, and uploading of Mediasite presentations has been resolved.
Mediasite has implemented a fix for the presentation processing errors. Presentation processing should return to normal over the next several hours as the queue is processed.
OIT will continue to monitor the state of Mediasite.

The inaccessibility of Mediasite from Canvas has been resolved.
Mediasite is aware of issues impacting the FAU Mediasite environment and are working towards resolution.
Mediasite is once again available via Canvas. OIT will continue to monitor the situation over the next several hours.
Currently, Mediasite presentations and channels are inaccessible via Canvas. OIT is working with the vendor on a solution and will provide more information as it becomes available.
