Mediasite Unavailable
All Mediasite services are currently unavailable due to an outage affecting the cloud service provider. OIT is in contact with the Vendor as they work towards a resolution.
On Saturday, August 12th at approximately 05:00 CDT the Mediasite Video Cloud services serving primarily our North America customers experienced a technical issue that has caused a persistent outage. The outage impacts all Mediasite sites being hosted in the Mediasite Video Cloud and consequently those sites are not accessible and playback is unavailable.
We are working with our vendors to restore services as quickly as possible
OIT will provide updates as they are made available.
[RESOLVED] Canvas Currently Unavailable
Update 12:20 PM est – Canvas is now fully operational. This issue is now resolved.
Canvas is currently unavailable. Instructure is currently investigating the issue.
