Sonic Foundry will be applying a hotfix to Mediasite during their maintenance window on April 13, between 1:01AM and 5:00AM EDT. Extended downtime is not expected. However, the site may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.

[RESOLVED] Success Network (EAB Navigate) Experiencing issues
The Success Network (EAB Navigate) issue has been resolved and all pages should be loading correctly.

The EAB Navigate system is experiencing problem experiencing issues for both Students and Faculty/Staff. The Faculty/Staff site is experiencing login issues and slowness loading pages if you manage to log in. The student site cannot access advising appointments.
The vendor is aware, and we will post an update once we have more information.
Data Center Storage Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing upgrades to the data center storage systems.

[RESOLVED] MYFAU internal pages not loading
The MYFAU issue has been resolved and all pages should be loading correctly.

Some of the internal pages inside MYFAU are currently not loading. We are looking into it and will update once we have more information.

Mediasite appears to have returned to normal operations. Engineers will continue to monitor the situation and OIT will update as the issue warrants.

Users may experience long loading times and error messages when attempting to access Mediasite and Mediasite presentations. Engineers are investigating the issue now and OIT will provide updates as they become available.

[Resolved] Mediasite-Zoom Integration
Earlier this morning Zoom experienced a disruption which interrupted the Mediasite-Zoom import process. Zoom has resolved the issue and users should once again see imports from Zoom to Mediasite. Please expect delays and possible duplication of recordings as the process is restarted.
