OIT will be performing maintenance on core network equipment on the Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses on Saturday June 5th from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. During this time there will be a series of momentary disruptions to network traffic on the Jupiter and Boca Raton campuses. Connectivity to and from the internet as well as connectivity to campus network resources will be impacted during this maintenance window.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05/27/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Voice Server Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on voice servers between 10:00 P.M. on May 27th and 2:00 a.m. on May 28th. Remote phones may have connectivity issues during the maintenance.

Expected End-user impact: Remote Phones may experience 2-5 minute intermittent outages during the window. Phones on campus will experience one 30 second outage.

Description of change: OIT will be making a configuration change to some file servers at 3am. There is no expected end user impact.

Remote Desktop Connectivity Issues

We are experiencing intermittent telephone outages in the following buildings: Bldg.1-Sanson Life Sciences, Bldg 2-General Classroom South and Bldg 3- Library. We are working to repair the issue as soon as possible. Thank you

We are experiencing a network outage at the Harbor Branch campus. We are working with the circuit provider to determine the root cause of the outage.

[COMPLETED] Campus VPN Maintenance
The campus VPN maintenance is now completed.
Campus VPN Maintenance – Today at 5:15 p.m.
OIT will be performing emergency maintenance on the campus VPN at 5:15 p.m. today. While the maintenance is underway, users will experience temporary disconnections and timeouts if they are using the VPN. We will post another announcement upon the conclusion of the maintenance.
Telecommunications maintenance – April 9 – 12
Communication Infrastructure will be performing emergency maintenance to the Telecommunications and Voice servers between 9:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9 and 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021. Additional maintenance will take place between 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 11 and 1:00 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2021.
During the maintenance window, there may be a 5 minute disruption to the campus voice, voicemail, and telephone networks.
