Echo360 will be unavailable from 2:30 pm – 5:00pm.
The Echo class video system is being updated to provide access to the latest features from Echo360 and correct ongoing issues with the system.
All users will be unable to view , edit, or uploading media via ESS during the downtime,
End-user impact should be minimized at this time, as regular term classes will no longer access content stored in the Echo system.

Networking and Security will be performing maintenance from 12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, December 22, 2014. Due to the nature of the maintenance, users may experience intermittent network outages lasting approximately 10 – 15 minutes during this window. The FAU automated campus operator, also known as IntelliSpeech, is experiencing a problem with one of the hardware nodes. We are experiencing intermittent issues with incoming calls that are routed to this number. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
