- Server Maintenance
- Description: OIT will be performing server maintenance.

- TLS Certificate Replacements for VPN
- Description: OIT will be replacing the TLS certificates used for VPN services.
- Date and Time: July 24, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
- Impacted Services: VPN and HTTPS web services.
- End User Impact: No end user impact is expected. There is a small chance that a user’s connection will drop if they are logging into the VPN at the moment the certificate is replaced.

TeamDynamix is currently investigating Work Management issues with report creation and editing existing reports. Some technicians are currently receiving a Permission error when trying to Create or Edit existing reports.

Frevvo Authenticated Forms Currently Unavailable
We are currently experiencing issues with Frevvo online forms that require user authentication. Our team is actively investigating the problem. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

- Description: OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting all campuses from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. on Saturday July 12th. During this time, all FAU campuses will experience short outages impacting connectivity to services and the internet.
