Exchange/Talisma issues
We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue with multiple systems in a specific rack. Affected by these issues are:
exchangemb0[2-3], taldb01, hvboc0[1-5]
Additionally, exchangemb01 is unable to contact it’s disks
Exchange services are up and running at NWRDC
VM guests on hvboc0[1-5] appear to be up, but host management is unavailable
Talisma may be unavailable
We are working to identify and resolve these issues as soon as possible

Banner maintenance Thursday morning
Banner production (FAUP) maintenance including Banner XE installations, the Database Extension Utility, module updates and patches is scheduled for this Thursday (2/7/2013) morning from 3:00am to 7:00am. The following production systems will be unavailable during this time: Banner (INB & SSB), AppWorx & ePrint.

Parature (Online Ticketing System) Maintenance, Fri, Jan 11 at 11:00 PM
On Friday, January 11, 2013 at 11:00 PM EST, Parature will be performing an upgrade to their caching service. They leverage this service to cache all active user sessions. There will be two noticeable side effects of this maintenance:
- All users will be automatically logged out of the Service Desk and Portal. We expect this only to occur once and you will be able to log back in immediately.
- There will be an outage to Parature Chat, which is estimated to last 10 minutes.
