OIT Systems Maintenance
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 5/08/2025 from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Banner Server Maintenance – Oracle RU 2025 Q2
Description of Change: OIT will be performing Server maintenance from 12:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Thursday 8 May. Banner will not be available during this time.

Server Maintenance
Description of Change: OIT will be performing server maintenance from 10:00pm until 12:00am on Wednesday, May 7th. During this time, the undergraduate application, MyOwl Services, Owl KPIs, Owl Docs, and Uachieve will be unavailable.

Zoom is currently experiencing long load times and timeouts when trying to access the website or start a meeting.
RESOLVED – Banner Maintenance – Admin unavailable
Banner maintenance this morning continues. Currently, Banner Admin is not available. Users logging in can reach the search screen, but when trying to call a form, will see the maintenance page. Ellucian is still working on various upgrades this morning and are working towards restoring all services. We will update you on this announcement once the maintenance is complete. In addition, Banner Access Management will be unavailable as well, for those few users that manage Banner security.
Some users may be unable to access Outlook on the web
Microsoft has reported they are currently investigating an issue with Exchange Online. Users may encounter a “Something went wrong” error when accessing Outlook on the web, or the New Outlook app. We are monitoring the Microsoft status and will update as soon as there is more information.
