Cisco Voice Cluster Upgrade
The Cisco voice cluster will be upgraded over the following two weeks.
Scheduled Time: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 09:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Impacted Services: Cisco phones
End User Impact: Users will be unable to use their Cisco phones at certain points during the upgrade.
Cisco Finesse call centers are currently unavailable. Users are unable to sign-in to the system. We are investigating and will post an update as soon as possible.

Banner Admin service has been restored.
We are experiencing issues with Banner Admin currently. The forms are not being loaded and some users are reporting the following message: Authentication Failed – Error in Banner Admin service. We are looking at the issue now.
We have removed a server that was having issues serving the Registration application. Students should not have issues connecting to Registration now.
We are having intermittent issues with Banner Registration currently. We have identified the problem and we are implementing a solution currently. If a Student receives an error while trying to Register, please just close out your browser and try again. We will provide an update once fully resolved.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Wed, 7/16/2025 and Thur 7/17/2025 from 10:00PM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
TeamDynamix is currently investigating Work Management issues with report creation and editing existing reports. Some technicians are currently receiving a Permission error when trying to Create or Edit existing reports.
OIT will monitor the status from TeamDynamix and will post updates as we receive information.
We are currently experiencing issues with Frevvo online forms that require user authentication. Our team is actively investigating the problem. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
