Issuses with Workday

We are currently experiencing issues with Workday login as well as performing some job functions within Workday.

We are currently investigating and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.

OIT Upgrade and Enhancement Schedule, Dec. 21 – 30

To minimize impact to our user community, the Office of Information Technology has planned several upgrades and enhancements during the upcoming holiday break. Please see the schedule below for dates, times and impacts.

Network Core Maintenance; expect intermittent network outages during this time period.

Monday, Dec. 26, 1 a.m. – 6 a.m:  Network Core Maintenance [Completed]

Monday, Dec. 26, 6 p.m. through Tuesday, Dec. 27, 6 a.m:  Banner Patches and Upgrades [Completed]

The MyFAU login portal is currently unavailable. We are currently investigating the cause to resolve as soon as possible.

Blackboard, email and other FAU services are available by their direct web address.

TouchNet Payment Processing System Maintenance – Wed. Oct 19 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing routine maintenance; from 3:00(am) to 7:00(am) – EST on Wednesday 10/19/16.

This will affect student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner applications.
