Apparently we had another power outage in Fort Lauderdale. Most of the network equipment recovered.
However, there appears to be an outage on the 9th floor.
We are looking into the issue
The issue with the power outage at Fort Lauderdale has been resolved. There appeared to be two network switches that affected the 7th and 9th floor on HEC. The equipment issue has been resolved.
Single Sign on services to Office 365 and some College of Business sites are currently unavailable. We are working to resolve the issue.

Wednesday, July 20 – TouchNet has completed this maintenance cycle. All payment applications are back online and available for regular business use.

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance; from 3:00(am) to 7:00(am) –EST, on Wednesday 7/20/2016.
This will affect student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner applications.
