We are currently experiencing issues with Outlook 365. At this time, users are not able to access Outlook via the web (outlook.fau.edu).
Please note that this does not impact regular Exchange users using OWA (mail.fau.edu).
We are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

FAU is currently experiencing an outage of its primary connection to the internet. While all traffic has switched over to a backup connection and all services are available, users will experience decreased speeds to the internet until the issue is resolved. Our service provider is aware of the issue and working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Office of Information Technology will be performing emergency maintenance on Thursday November 5, 2015 from 4 am to 5 am. Blackboard may be unavailable during this time.
The issue that was preventing items from being uploaded to ESS has been resolved.
All SCHD devices and Software Capture Application devices are uploading content to ESS as well as EMI items.
FAU Workday production system is available. The Weekly Service Update and Quarterly Maintenance has completed (2pm or sooner). All services for Workday are working.

The other non Production FAU Workday tenants will be available around 9am (or sooner), this includes these tenants – Sandbox and Sandbox Preview.
Workday Production – is still performing their Normal Maintenance and Quarterly Maintenance, estimated downtime till 2pm this Sat 10-17.

We are currently experiencing some issues with lists.fau.edu and its backend mail delivery and processing. We are currently looking into the matter and will update this notice as new information is available. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We will be performing emergency network maintenance 3:45 a.m. in order to resolve the instability in the network. While this maintenance is underway, most services hosted on the Boca Raton campus including Blackboard will be unavailable. We anticipate downtime to last approximately 15 minutes with services available shortly after 4:00 a.m.
As the result of some mass updates to clean up issues with some position restrictions, many users received a large number of Workday notices. You can ignore these messages. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
