The voicemail/xpressions issue has been resolved.
Workday Production Available – Maintenance complete
FAU Workday production system is available. The Weekly Service Update Maintenance has completed (6am). All services for Workday are working.
Also:
The other non Production FAU Workday tenants are available now, their normal Friday Weekly service updates have completed. This includes these tenants – Sandbox, Preview, Training (fau6) and the other implementation ones.
[RESOLVED] – Password Resets Issues
Password reset issue has been resolved and we are now able to reset passwords again.

This only affects those that do not know the current password and must have the password reset by the OIT Help Desk.

Help Desk Ticketing System Offline Saturday, Aug 1 between 7:00AM to 11:AM
Our help desk ticketing system will be unavailable on Saturday, Aug 1 between 7:00AM to 11:0AM due to an upgrade. During this time you will not be able to submit any help desk tickets.

Resolved: Echo360 Service Restart
The issue that was causing ESS to be unavailable has been resolved.
ESS navigation, publishing of Echo presentations, and media presentation edit functionality within ESS have been restored, as well as viewership of Echo360 presentations to all users.
Undergraduate Admissions Application Upgraded
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has request several changes be applied to the undergraduate admissions application at apply.fau.edu.
The admissions application will be offline from 9:00 pm Friday July 17, 2015 – midnight Friday July 17, 2015 during these upgrades.
