Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04/09/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Upgrade Identity Manager to Google Applications Connection
When: 3:00AM to 6:00AM
Affected services: Identity Manager, Google Applications
Affected systems: idm1, idm2, idm4p
Description of maintenance: OIT will be upgrading the connection between Google Applications and Identity Manager
User impact: User accounts and password synchronizations will be delayed during the maintenance window.
FAU’s Online payment systems (TouchNet) will be unavailable on Friday, April 3 from 6:00am until 10:00am.

The ePrint upgrade to version 4.4.1 has been successfully completed and now available for access.
The Office of Information Technology will be upgrading NetApp storage filers tomorrow between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. Applications may see a 30 second pause while the filer fails over to its partner.
We are currently experiencing issues with Single-Sign On (SSO). This impacts all services that are using single-sign on – Blackboard, Self-Service, Gmail, Help Desk, Network Registration, and more. We are working on resolving the issue and will update as we know more.
