There will be an emergency reboot of the WebFOCUS server (ibiweb.fau.edu) today at 12:00pm in order to resolve an issue we are currently experiencing.
FAUP will be available tonight.
The ODS maintenance has been rescheduled to Saturday (6/22/2013) morning from 12:01am to 7:00am. FAUP will be unavailable at that time.
ODS production maintenance will require a data refresh scheduled for this Saturday (6/22/2013) morning from 12:01am to 7:00am. Banner production FAUP will not be available during this time.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06/20/2013 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
When: 6:00 – 6:30 AM
Affected Systems: adcon.irm.ad.fau.edu
Description of Maintenance: Migrate adcon from 131.91 to 10.19.64.16 and update dns. Remove cname for adcon.fau.edu and add back in as A record
User Impact: Users sessions will be interrupted and they will need to login again once dns is updated.
ODS production is scheduled for maintenance that requires the data refresh to be temporarily disabled. The last refresh from production will take place during the Wednesday night batch processing.
Maintenance will begin at approximately 12:00pm on Thursday, 6/20/2013. At that time, the ODS data will be current up to and including Wednesday, 6/19/2013. Once maintenance is complete, a new refresh will take place on Monday morning, 6/24/2013, which will bring ODS current through Sunday evening, 6/23/2013.
Banner production FAUP will be unavailable from 12:00am to 10:00am Wednesday 26 June 2013 in order to complete Phase I of the fiscal year end roll process.
An issue that was preventing instructors from submitting their grades through Blackboard’s Banner Grade Submission tool has been resolved.
*** UPDATE *** Wednesday, June 19: The new security certificate has been applied to the helpdesk.fau.edu site.

At this time the digital certificate for helpdesk.fau.edu has expired and a warning page will be presented when trying to visit the site. We are working with our vendor to renew the certificate and hope to have it updated as soon as possible.
Users can still access the helpdesk page by selecting the “Continue/Proceed Anyway.”
